COACHING
•  Provide coaching for engineers and executives at Sun Microsystems, to promote a deeper understanding of skills taught in a communication seminar.
•  Observe and constructively comment on behavior dynamics, resulting in the alteration of instruction and management strategy.
•  Lead arts-based individual counseling and small group therapy for children and adolescents, which facilitate improved peer friendships and social skills.
•  Create effective behavior plans for instructors by using theory and analysis to direct a dramatic reduction of problematic behavior.

LEADERSHIP and TRAINING
•  Deliver segments of instruction for engineers and executives at Sun as part of a three day communication skills course for Syntax, opened new business opportunities.
•  Designed and now teach Myers-Briggs personality theory course to groups advancing students in their efforts to understand and identify temperament styles at the College of San Mateo’s Community Education Program.
•  Plan and present faculty workshops as subject expert on areas of assessment and student problem solving teams.
•  Assisted in graduate level instruction and provided written feedback to students, which reinforced understanding of topics covered in a Stanford Education course.

ASSESSMENT and RESEARCH
•  Assess and prepare psychometric results for analysis as Principal Psychology Investigator, contributing understanding about the link between chronic kidney disease and the cognitive functioning in children and teenagers.
•  Administer and report on comprehensive student testing;  results shape individualized education programs designed for the students’ improvement.
•  Work cross-functionally with teachers, administrators and parents at all stages of the student’s evaluation process, and qualify special education students according to state mandated criteria.
•  Created and administered Program Evaluation measures to investigate the efficacy of education courses at the Stanford Professional Development Center.
