Elaine Robbins Harris is an Organization Development Consultant, providing coaching, consulting and training services to a nationwide client base.  She has extensive experience in corporate, academic and non-profit arenas.

Elaine specializes in customized program design and implementation to support professional development and group effectiveness.  She works closely with organization leaders/managers in school districts,November 1, 2006ation development needs and designs and implements customized solutions.  She has designed and delivered workshops and seminars with a focus on Team Building, Management Skills, Strategic Planning, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Communication Programs that are designed to support change and increase performance

In the academic arena, Elaine works closely with educational leaders to identify professional learning needs and designs and implements appropriate programs to ensure the continuous development of educators and the accomplishment of objectives; (Differentiated Instruction, Performance Assessments, Managing Academic Standards, Parent Workshops)

Elaine is a certified facilitator for the Center for Performance Assessment, a Denver based consulting firm.  She delivers workshops to administrators and educators to support them in the implementation of educational best practices.

Elaine was a trainer/consultant for a nationally recognized consulting and training firm based in Boston.  She provided consultation and training to administrators and educators in urban school districts throughout the country, supporting them in the implementation of programs and policies designed to impact academic achievement.

Elaine was a consultant for Perrone-Ambrose Associates, an  Organization Development Consulting Firm, serving a nationwide corporate client base.  She supported organization development and leadership enrichment by providing coaching services, and designing and implementing coaching and mentoring skill workshops.
 
In the corporate arena, Elaine has worked for Xerox, Illinois Bell and AT&T and has experience in sales, account management, group management and project management.

Elaine has completed post-graduate work in Organization and Systems Development at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She received a Master's Degree in Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from Illinois State University.
