Larry Grant Coleman is a facilitator and a consulting  services specialist who works with government, business and educational organizations. His work history is a testimony to proven skills in training, designing educational programs and initiating organizational, team and intra-personal interventions that have multiple impacts and produce high quality results. He is an accomplished public speaker with breadth and depth of experience in dNovember 1, 2006 Organizational Change, Leadership Development, Team Development, Coaching and Diversity Management.     FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE

    Coaching, Training and Facilitation (partial list)
     Thirteen years of experience facilitating two-to four-day seminars that examine effective leadership practices in learning organizations, conflict resolution and  the impact of  culture and belief on performance.

  • Coached and certified experienced facilitators and school administrators on the use of Efficacy tools and concepts

  • Coached trainer candidates (senior staff developers) in Washington; DC and Yonkers, NY; New York City, NY; and Oakland, CA. Lead these candidates to certification in the Efficacy Seminar.

  • Facilitated seminars on achievement, diversity and  leadership for members of Leadership Washington  and Leadership Tennessee.

  • Facilitated  workshop on race relations for managers of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Trained these managers on “how to manage resistance” to change.

  • Conducted  series of  team building workshops for 200 managers of a national restaurant chain. (Old Country Buffets Inc.)
