Dr. Stacy L. Scott is President of the Center for Understanding Equity and the head of ExecResults Consulting. He specializes in Educational Consulting and Training, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Data Management and Diversity Training.Dr. Scott is a Consultant with the Center for Creative Leadership, Center for Performance Assessment, Learning 24-7, and National Schools Conference Institute. He has been a keynote presenter, facilitator, and trainer for other organizations such as The Efficacy Institute over the past fifteen years.
From 1987 to 1994, Dr. Scott had a private practice in Psychology in Lexington, MA. He has also worked at a variety of clinical sites including Massachusetts General Hospital, Judge Baker Children's Center, Worcester Youth Guidance Center, and The Roxbury Comprehensive Community Health Center, where he served as Pediatric Clinical Specialist.
Dr. Scott has developed a practice of organizational consulting working with Fortune 500 corporations, nDecember 29, 2006d: BayBanks, Nynex, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Milwaukee Public School District, University of Southern Florida, The Park School in Brookline, MA and many others.
Previously, he served on the faculty of The Harvard Medical School as a Lecturer in Psychology and a consultant in Child Psychiatry. He served as an adjunct professor at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary's Center for Urban Ministerial Education, lecturing on Faith Development. Dr. Scott has developed training models for diversity, leadership development, organizational improvement, and many others.
Dr. Scott was appointed by Governor William Weld to serve on the Massachusetts State Board of Educators. He is a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts. Dr. Scott holds an Ed.M. and an Ed.D. from Harvard's School of Education in Counseling and Consulting Psychology. He received a B.A. in International Government with an emphasis in Spanish language and culture from Harvard College.
